These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://digialm.in operated by DigiALM Academy. By creating an account or submitting a course registration/application, you agree to these terms.

1. Our service

DigiALM Academy provides career-focused online courses in professional, skill-development and technology categories. Applying for a course requires you to (a) create an account and (b) pay a one-time registration/application fee for that course. On successful payment, your application is confirmed and course access is granted to your account.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate, current information during registration.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts or reselling access is prohibited.
  • We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse or violation of these terms.

3. Registration / application fee

  • The fee shown on each course page is a one-time registration/application fee for that course, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Fees are paid in advance through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net-banking, wallets).
  • A unique application/registration number is generated for every payment and is visible on your dashboard and order history.
  • Registration is confirmed only after successful payment verification. Failed or pending payments do not create a registration.
  • Fees, course content and availability may change; the fee displayed at the time of your application applies to you.

4. Course access & intellectual property

  • Confirmed registration grants you personal, non-transferable access to the course material on this website.
  • All course content, curriculum and branding remain the intellectual property of DigiALM Academy. You may not copy, redistribute, record or resell any material.
  • We may update course content for quality and accuracy.

5. Acceptable use

  • No attempts to breach security, scrape content, or disrupt the service.
  • No payment fraud, chargeback abuse or use of stolen payment instruments.
  • No false or misleading information in your account or applications.

6. Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. By paying you also agree to Razorpay's terms. Refunds and cancellations are governed exclusively by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

  • Courses are provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee employment, admissions, exam results or income.
  • The service is provided "as is" — we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the registration fee you paid for the relevant course.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
